Staying at Velvet Hotel was a mixed experience for me. While the location near Europe Square was fantastic, I faced several issues that made my stay less enjoyable. The lack of soundproofing in the room was particularly frustrating, making it hard to relax. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Liwan and Sergio, which improved my overall impression somewhat.
